Chilorio’s was created so customers can have a full dinning experience, and part of that experience is what we like to call AMBIANCE. 

Chilorio’s is one of the few authentic Mexican Fast-Casual chains in the US. The Mexican ambiance of Chilorio’s provides a complete different atmosphere than other Mexican chains that have themed, non-Mexican and/or sterile ambiances.

Chilorio’s doesn’t have the usual Mexican Flags and hats hanging on the walls of the mom and pop Mexican restaurants, it has a quite contemporary look with impressive Mexican details.

As you enter through the restaurant, you will feel like if you were transported to a modern Mexico. The seats are stylishly covered with real Mexican newspaper, the colors of the tables, walls and ceiling are typical in Mexico but used in a modern and chic way. The modern Mexican décor of Chilorio’s is spectacular; the interior design is remarkable and was designed by one of the most well-known architecture firms in Mexico.

You will see that the restaurant is clean and neat. You will smell the aroma of the fresh tortillas made in front of YOU. You will hear a great selection of fun music in the background, not forefront, ranging from: Salsa, Cumbia, Guapacheras, Mexican Pop, Mariachis, and other fun music. The temperature is perfect and the lighting can’t get better. Customers also enjoy the tasteful outdoor seating of our  restaurants.
